For safety and sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore
- Open and used E-Liquids
- Open and used RBA, RDA, and all Tanks
- Open and used Cartomizers, Atomizers, Pods
- Rechargeable Batteries.
- "ON SALE" items
THESE POLICIES ALLOW US TO CONTINUE TO OFFER THE BEST AND MOST COMPETITIVE PRICES IN THE MARKET
Open & Used Items
- If items are opened and used, we WILL NOT accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.
- Depending on our discretion of the situation a 15% restocking fee may be incurred at the buyers expense.
Return To Sender
- Returned to sender or undeliverable addresses at the mistake of the buyer, will be charged the cost of the postage when reshipping or refunding an order.
Open & Unused Items
- For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. Customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us.
- For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no charge if deemed defective.
- You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Eliquidstop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
- A refund may take up to 2-10 business days once received dependent on your bank. Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-3 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different flavor or color or for an item in your Cart.
